Terms & Conditions


1. . FireSparkle Productions retain full copyright of all images and filmed content at all times, throughout the world, in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. FireSparkle Productions asserts their right to be identified as the author of all images and filmed content, by the words: "Photographs by FireSparkle Productions" or "Filmed by FireSparkle Productions".

2. DVD's, Photographic Prints, Canvas Prints, and Digital Downloads are sold for display purposes only; ownership of a DVD, Photographic Print, Canvas Print, or Digital Image does not constitute ownership of copyright. As such no Photo or Video Content may be supplied to Individuals, Businesses, Charities or other 3rd Parties for their use without the express consent of FireSparkle Productions.

3. It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure that Participants, Performers, Guests & Visitors are aware that FireSparkle Productions will be attending the Event and that images and recorded content will be published on www.firesparkle.co.uk and related Social Media platforms.
Unless otherwise stated, FireSparkle Productions assumes that all attendees consent to being filmed & photographed and that the media content produced will be uploaded to the internet.

4. If an individual does not wish their image to remain on the website, they must contact FireSparkle Productions by email to request their image be removed - we will then remove it as soon as possible.

5. Payment by the Client will be expected for any work undertaken within 30 days of the issue of the relevant invoice. If the invoice is not paid, in full, within 30 days FireSparkle Productions reserves the right to charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until the date payment is made.

6. All bookings will be confirmed by FireSparkle Productions via email. FireSparkle Productions reserves the right to charge a nominal fee of £150 per day, if a booking or event is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. This is at the discretion of FireSparkle Productions.

7. Any additional expenses incurred by FireSparkle Productions, as a result of alterations to the original brief by the Client, will be charged to the Client at the time of invoicing and shall be liable to be paid within 30 days.

7. It is the responsibility of the Theatrical or Dance Production Organiser to ensure that any required Video Licence has been purchased in advance to the performance dates.
As the Organiser will hold the Performance Licence for the production, FireSparkle Productions are unable to purchase a Video Licence.
FireSparkle Productions accept no liability for copyright infringement when booked by the Organiser to Film / Photograph a Theatrical or Dance Production.

8. FireSparkle Productions reserve the right to amend prices of products at any time.

9. Products such as DVD's, Photographic Prints, and Canvas Prints are securely packed to limit any damage in transit. FireSparkle Productions does not accept liability for any goods that are damaged in transit, but requests that the Client contact FireSparkle Productions via email, whereby products may be replaced at the discretion of FireSparkle Productions.

10. FireSparkle Productions cannot be held responsible for a cancellation or postponement of a booking due to a Regional or National lockdown or having to Self-Isolate due to Medical Reasons, or any other circumstance outside of our control.
